| Job Requirements |
LPN: Must have an active LPN license from state of Tennessee, active
CPR(Hohenwald office offers CPR Classes for certification and re-certification),
current TB skin test or Chest X-ray, valid Drivers License, active automobile
insurance, a clear background check and a clean drug screen.
CNA: Must have an active CNA license from state of Tennessee, active
CPR(Hohenwald office offers CPR Classes for certification and re-certification),
current TB skin test or Chest X-ray, valid Drivers License, active automobile
insurance, a clear background check and a clean drug screen.
Personal Care Assistant (Choices Long Term Care and Options Programs):
Same requirements as CNA except CNA license is not required but must attend a
40 hour training class at Health Angels before working in a home.
