| In-Home Patient Care |
We provide in-home services for patients of all ages and conditions.
Services can be provided from few hours a day up to 24/7 care. We are
dedicated to provide the most elite care for our patients. We have nurses
on staff to provide care for patients with trachs, vents, managing and caring
for peg tubes, colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy, and any other type of critical
or short term care. We also have CNA's on staff to provide in home care for
Assistance in Daily Liveing, preparing meals, feedings, light housekeeping,
personal care needs and any other minor care needs for the patients in
their home.

We are able to provide LPN's, CNA's, and PCA's for staffing in several
types of facilities, but not limited to: hospitals, nursing homes, correctional
facilities, and worker's comp agencies.

| Choices Long Term Care Program |
Health Angels Staffing Agency,LLC is contracted with the Choices Long
Term Care Program to provide services for patient in-home care, such as
running errands, housekeeping/laundry, meal preparation and feeding,
personal care needs, medicine reminder, assisting with bills or incoming
mail that the patient might need help with, and companionship.

We offer CPR certification and re-certification classes in our
